We take your highest performing promotional emails and convert them into physical mail pieces (think: can't-be-missed oversized postcards) sent directly to your existing buyers' mailboxes. These pieces return strong response rates, require no new channel for you to learn, and no new creative for you to build. Just your offer, physically in the hands of people who already want to buy from you. We design, build, execute, track, improve, then hand it all over to you once everything is working to deliver extra revenue.
We're selective for a reason. Before anything moves forward, we run your actual numbers: list size, order values, margins. If we can't show you math that makes you lean forward in your chair with a bit of excitement, we'll high five and refer you elsewhere. No pitch, no pressure. We only take on clients where we're confident it's going to work.
Every dot below is a customer on your list. Here's what actually happens when you hit send.
The other 80% never see your promotion.
Physical mail gets opened. Every. Single. Time.
We'll get it working for you, so you can run it again, and again, and again.
Direct mail reaches the people your email campaigns often miss. Physically. And when you mail your existing buyers with an offer they've already responded to digitally, the math gets interesting fast.
We work with ecommerce brands and info marketers. If you're selling physical products or courses and you have an active email list, there's a very good chance we can help.
We work with a small number of brands at a time, and only if the numbers actually make really great sense for your business. Before we talk, we already have a pretty good idea whether direct mail is going to work for you.
The companies that get the best results from this tend to have a few things in common:
You're sending promotional emails: sales, offers, new products. That's the content we work with.
Average orders of $150 or more. The math needs to work, and it works a lot better at higher price points.
You're bringing in new customers consistently, enough that your list is worth mailing to.
Direct mail economics work in the US. International is a different business entirely.
You sell a defined set of products, not ten thousand SKUs. The more focused, the better the creative.
You can say yes without a committee. Small, fast-moving teams only.
When I was 4 years old, my dream was to be a mailman. Seriously. I confirmed it by scribbling it in crayon across my favorite Dr. Seuss book. And...I never really grew out of it. To this day, I can't mail an envelope or a box without decorating it first. (I have no idea why, it's just always been my thing.) When I was 5 or so, I ran away from home. And guess where I ran to? The mailbox at the end of the street, where I set up camp with my graham crackers and called it good. I've just always loved mail and mailboxes.
Now I get to help companies make real money with physical mail, in a simple, straightforward way most of them had never thought of before. Turns out the 5-year-old me was onto something.
In between then and now: I spent 20 years running an award-winning marketing agency, have worked with Fortune 500 brands and scrappy DTC businesses alike, founded and scaled 2 businesses, spoken internationally, and have worked alongside members of EO and YPO.
I got into direct mail because it flat-out works. I'm also selective about who I take on as a client, not because I'm hard to work with, but because I've learned that doing great work for a small number of companies beats doing mediocre work for a lot of them. If we're a fit, we'll know it fast. If we're not, I'll let you know immediately.
When I'm not helping clients generate more revenue, you'll find me on a mountain bike, on a snowboard, or hosting transformational retreats, most likely somewhere in Colorado.
